| Gene Description | LOXL2, lysyl oxidase homolog 2, is a copper-dependent amine oxidase, which plays a role in remodeling the extracellular matrix and has been demonstrated to promote tumor progression and metastasis in a variety of solid tumors (PMID: 22810810, PMID: 26329904, PMID: 28199967). Overepxression of Loxl2 has been observed in NSCLC (PMID: 27860390) and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (PMID: 27363654). | ||||||||||
