Gene Description LY75, lymphocyte antigen 75, is a member of the mannose receptor family that is involved in endocytosis and antigen presentation, and plays a role in the maturation of immune cells, epithelial to mesenchymal transition, cellular proliferation, migration and invasion (PMID: 26871602, PMID: 26039988, PMID: 22988114, PMID: 12223280, PMID: 9178815). Overexpression of LY75 has been demonstrated in various solid tumors, including breast and colon cancer, and hematologic cancers (PMID: 31227646).
