| Gene Description | MAN2B1, mannosidase alpha class 2B member 1, encodes a lysosomal enzyme that catalyzes hydrolysis of alpha-D-mannose residues during ordered degradation of N-linked glycoproteins (PMID: 8910458, PMID: 27814608, PMID: 39628046). Increased expression of MAN2B1 has been identified in glioma (PMID: 35186771) and increased Man2b1 enzymatic activity has been observed in glioma (PMID: 16710745) and gynecologic cancers (PMID: 15785934). | ||||||||||||
