Gene Description CD200, CD200 molecule, is a type-1 cell membrane glycoprotein involved in inhibition of myeloid cell activity (PMID: 12072366, PMID: 33562512) that also plays a role in cancer cell metastasis and survival (PMID: 20332223, PMID: 34183355). Overexpression of Cd200 has been observed in a variety of tumor types (PMID: 32030689), including pancreatic cancer (PMID: 38619621), cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (PMID: 27035797), pediatric neuroblastoma (PMID: 32514618), myelodysplastic syndrome (PMID: 28152413), hairy cell leukemia (PMID: 19344398), and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (PMID: 16418292).
