| Gene Description | CCDC88C, coiled-coil domain containing 88C, encodes a protein that regulates cell proliferation and motility by binding Dishevelled to suppress canonical Wnt/beta-catenin signaling and by activating G-proteins to stimulate the non-canonical Wnt/Rac1 pathway (PMID: 22643886, PMID: 26126266, PMID: 29021338, PMID: 31949046). Fusions of CCDC88C with PDGFRB and FLT3 have been identified in myeloid neoplasms (PMID: 24772479, PMID: 35019216). | ||||||||||
