| Gene Description | MSMB, microseminoprotein beta, is a protein secreted by the prostate that has putative tumor suppressor activity (PMID: 26939004, PMID: 28930560). A fusion of MSMB and NCOA4 has been detected in prostate cancer (PMID: 26939004), and MSMB overexpression has been demonstrated in ovarian cancer patients (PMID: 25188517), while decreased Msmb expression has been observed in prostate cancer (PMID: 29250809). | ||||||||||||
