Fusion proteins involving MSN may result in constitutive kinase activity and have been reported in hematological cancers (PMID: 11310834), including MSN-ALK in anaplastic large cell lymphoma (PMID: 11310834), and MSN-ROS in lung cancer (PMID: 25384085) and non-small cell lung carcinoma (PMID: 25264305). | ||||||||||
