Gene Description MSN, moesin, belongs to the ERM (Ezrin, Radixin, and Moesin) family, which is associated with cellular structure, adhesion and motility (PMID: 17594689). Fusion proteins involving MSN may result in constitutive kinase activity and have been reported in hematological cancers (PMID: 11310834), including MSN-ALK in anaplastic large cell lymphoma (PMID: 11310834), and MSN-ROS in lung cancer (PMID: 25384085) and non-small cell lung carcinoma (PMID: 25264305).
