| Gene Description | TRIM37, tripartite motif containing 37, encodes a RING finger E3 ubiquitin ligase (PMID: 15885686) that is involved in transcriptional regulation (PMID: 25470042), mitotic spindle assembly (PMID: 32908304), and tumorigenesis (PMID: 30586926). Germline TRIM37 inactivating mutations are associated with Mulibrey nanism and increased Wilms tumor susceptibility (PMID: 10888877, PMID: 19334051), and amplification and overexpression of TRIM37 has been identified in follicular lymphoma (PMID: 24357726), gastric cancer (PMID: 33391428), hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 33387087), non-small-cell lung cancer (PMID: 30043491), gliomas (PMID: 31938136), and osteosarcoma (PMID: 29163677). | ||||||||||
