Amplification, overexpression, and rearrangement of MYC is commonly observed in solid and hematological tumors (PMID: 28587062, PMID: 32203465), such as lung cancer (PMID: 32014901) and diffuse large B-Cell lymphoma (PMID: 32074595). | ||||||||||
