NFIB fusions and amplifications have been associated with multiple cancer types including prostate cancer, glioblastoma, and lipomas (PMID: 27083054), including an MYB-NFIB has been identified in adenoid cystic carcinoma of head and neck (PMID: 19841262, PMID: 31301736, PMID: 31028361, PMID: 30269389) and prostatic basal cell carcinoma (PMID: 31189999). | ||||||||||
