| Gene Description | CNOT3, CCR4-NOT transcription complex subunit 3, is a member of the CCR4-NOT complex that induces deadenylation and degradation of mRNA (PMID: 24121232, PMID: 27746116), and plays a role in regulation of genes involved in differentiation (PMID: 42118148), proliferation (PMID: 28473716), and stem cell pluripotency (PMID: 27746116). Mutations in CNOT3 have been identified in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (PMID: 23263491), and CNOT3 overexpression has been observed in acute myeloid leukemia (PMID: 38491013). | ||||||||||||
