Synonyms CFAP39 | CLA2 | OPCA | PMCA3 | PMCA3a | SCAX1
Gene Description ATP2B3, ATPase plasma membrane Ca2+ transporting 3, is a calcium pump that functions to regulate intracellular Ca2+ levels (PMID: 18328800), and plays a role in regulation of aldosterone synthesis (PMID: 27035656, PMID: 32968034). ATP2B3 mutations are associated with aldosterone-producing adenomas (PMID: 33796077, PMID: 34572956, PMID: 23416519).
