| Gene Description | EGFL7, EGF like domain multiple 7, encodes a secreted growth factor that is primarily expressed in endothelial cells, promotes angiogenesis, and plays a role in the regulation of Notch signaling (PMID: 22160377). EGFL7 mutations have been observed in acute myeloid leukemia (PMID: 27798625), and overexpression has been identified in hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 29970668) and acute myeloid leukemia (PMID: 28533390). | ||||||||||
