| Gene Description | KLF3, Kruppel like factor 3, is a transcriptional repressor of the Kruppel-like family of transcription factors that plays a role in a number of biological processes, including B-cell development (PMID: 22003205), adipogenesis (PMID: 18391014), erythropoiesis (PMID: 17283065, PMID: 9724649, PMID: 8657145), and epidermal differentiation (PMID: 32659720). Decreased expression of KLF3 has been identified in colorectal cancer (PMID: 28423541), and lung cancer (PMID: 31486564). | ||||||||||||
