| Gene Description | ZBTB7A, zinc finger and BTB domain containing 7A, is a member of the POK family transcription repressors that regulates cell cycle, apoptosis, and hematopoietic cell lineage decision (PMID: 16204018, PMID: 23396304). ZBTB7A amplification and overexpression have been identified in breast (PMID: 20394500), ovarian (PMID: 21176152), prostate (PMID: 21251909), non-small cell lung cancer (PMID: 17907153), and diffuse large B cell lymphoma (PMID: 16204018), and decreased Zbtb7a expression has been identified in oral squamous cell carcinoma (PMID: 25439053). | ||||||||||
