Gene Description FZR1, fizzy and cell division cycle 20 related 1, is a coactivator of the anaphase-promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C) that is involved in regulating the onset of DNA replication (PMID: 19861496). Overexpression of Fzr1 has been identified in multiple myeloma (PMID: 27655696) and B-cell acute leukemia (PMID: 28143883), and FZR1 mutations have been identified in male breast cancer (PMID: 31203460).
