PDGFRL mutations and loss of heterozygosity have been identified in prostate cancer (PMID: 9197531), and decreased expression of Pdgfrl has been observed in colorectal cancer (PMID: 20333786) and breast cancer (PMID: 16552773). | ||||||||||||
