| Gene Description | ARID4B, AT-rich interaction domain 4B, is a DNA-binding protein (PMID: 33675746) that is a component of the SIN3A corepressor complex (PMID: 12724404) and coactivator for RB1 and AR (PMID: 23487765), which functions in regulation of gene expression (PMID: 33675746) and plays a role in hematopoietic stem cell differentiation (PMID: 34818550) and male fertility (PMID: 23487765). Increased ARID4B expression has been demonstrated in hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 35402625) and grade IV glioma (PMID: 33732001). | ||||||||||
