Gene Description DLL4, delta like canonical Notch ligand 4, is a member of the Notch family of ligands, which regulates activity of Notch receptors and may play a role in tumor angiogenesis (PMID: 27891816, PMID: 28288569). Overexpression of Dll4 has been observed in gastric cancer (PMID: 27891816), pancreatic cancer (PMID: 27755532, PMID: 27919854), and breast cancer (PMID: 32111499).
