Gene Description FANCI, FA complementation group I, is an ATM/ATR kinase target that interacts with FANCD2 to regulate DNA repair (PMID: 17412408, PMID: 32066963) and functions in ribosome biogenesis (PMID: 30692263). FANCI germline mutations have been identified in patients with invasive breast cancer (PMID: 26296701) and triple-negative receptor breast cancer (PMID: 26824983).
