Gene Description RHOT1, ras homolog family member T1, is an atypical small GTPase involved in mitochondrial trafficking and homeostasis, and apoptosis (PMID: 16630562, PMID: 12482879, PMID: 30806158). High RHOT1 expression has been demonstrated in pancreatic cancer (PMID: 26101710), and a fusion between RHOT1 and FGFR1 has been identified in breast carcinoma (PMID: 25204415).
