| Gene Description | RNPC3, RNA binding region (RNP1, RRM) containing 3, is a component of the U12-dependent splicesome that catalyzes pre-mRNA splicing, and regulates cellular integrity and embryonic development (PMID: 30254136). A RNPC3-ROS1 fusion has been observed in non-small cell lung cancer (PMID: 27370605), and the expression of RNPC3 has been identified in cancer-associated scleroderma (PMID: 27821747). | ||||||||||||
