| Gene Description | RNF130, ring finger protein 130, is an E3 ligase protein that belongs to the superfamily of GRAIL transmembrane proteins and plays a role in ubiquitination (PMID: 16549277). Elevated expression of RNF130 has been observed in Barrett esophagus and esophageal adenocarcinoma (PMID: 25228972), and a RNF130-BRAF fusion has been identified in pilocytic astrocytoma (PMID: 25040262). | ||||||||||
