Gene Description MAP2K7, mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase 7, is a member of the MAPK family of protein kinase that functions as a putative tumor suppressor and plays a regulatory role in cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration through JNK signaling (PMID: 21333379, PMID: 27028764). Aberrant expression or activation of MAP2K7 has been observed in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (PMID: 28479419) and prostate cancer (PMID: 17577251).
