| Gene Description | THAP12, THAP domain containing 12, negatively regulates inhibitors of Pkr (PMID: 9447982) and stabilizes RIG-I (PMID: 21910972), which leads to cell growth regulation (PMID: 9447982), antiviral response (PMID: 21910972), and lymphocyte cell cycle progression (PMID: 39047044). THAP12 mutations have been observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PMID: 39378050), breast cancer (PMID: 22722202), clear cell sarcoma (PMID: 34967151), and esophageal cancer (PMID: 24670651). | ||||||||||||
