Mutations in PRPS2 have been identified in relapsed childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (PMID: 36742181) and increased expression of Prps2 has been observed in osteosarcoma (PMID: 33589531), prostate cancer (PMID: 31956349), and lung cancer (PMID: 38736292). | ||||||||||||
