| Gene Description | HTRA1, HtrA serine peptidase 1, is a serine protease and member of the high temperature requirement family, and plays a role in protein degradation, homeostasis (PMID: 29863874) ,and cell signaling, specifically through the TGF-B pathway (PMID: 24040176). Reduced expression of HTRA1 has been observed in a variety of tumor types including urothelial bladder, esophageal, liver, and endometrial cancer (PMID: 26035313, PMID: 29409460). | ||||||||||||
