| Gene Description | ZC3HAV1, zinc finger CCCH-type containing, antiviral 1, is an RNA-binding protein involved in RNA posttranscriptional regulation and antiviral immunity (PMID: 25851173, PMID: 22531498). A ZC3HAV1-BRAF fusion has been identified in lung cancer, esophageal adenocarcinoma (PMID: 26314551), and thyroid cancer (PMID: 25204415), and a ZC3HAV1-ABL2 fusion has been reported in chemotherapy-refractory B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (PMID: 31723830). | ||||||||||
