A RAD18 -BRAF fusion has been identified in melanoma (PMID: 26314551) and Rad18 overexpression has been associated with poor prognosis in colorectal cancer (PMID: 32319669) and with resistance to radiotherapy in glioma (PMID: 30798132). | ||||||||||
