| Gene Description | GOPC, golgi-associated PDZ and coiled-coil motif containing, is a regulator of protein trafficking (PMID: 25616555). A GOPC-ROS1 fusion has been identified in lung cancer (PMID: 23052255, PMID: 22661537), cholangiocarcinoma (PMID: 24154728), glioblastoma (PMID: 26648752, PMID: 31929384), glioma (PMID: 31995621, PMID: 31626289), and hepatic angiosarcoma (PMID: 30719217), and decreased expression of Gopc has been associated with poor prognosis in colorectal cancer (PMID: 29085445). | ||||||||||
