| Gene Description | TRIM54, tripartite motif containing 54, encodes a RING finger E3 ubiquitin ligase (PMID: 28118948) that regulates the structure and function of skeletal and cardiac muscles (PMID: 17360532, PMID: 27493870), plays a role in microtubule stabilization and myogenesis (PMID: 10953002), and potentially regulates cell growth (PMID: 34956880, PMID: 38042492). Increased TRIM54 expression has been identified in hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 34956880). | ||||||||||||
