| Gene Description | PTH1R, parathyroid hormone 1 receptor, is a G protein-coupled receptor involved in activation of cAMP and PKA signaling (PMID: 35126319, PMID: 37046642) that plays a role in regulating osteoblast differentiation and calcium homeostasis (PMID: 33564837). Increased expression of Pth1r has been identified in osteosarcoma (PMID: 33675132) and shown to promote metastasis (PMID: 37046642), while decreased expression has been associated with poor prognosis in hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 29278884). | ||||||||||||
