Decreased hypomethylation of RPTOR has been observed in the peripheral blood of breast cancer patients (PMID: 27577081) and inhibition has been demonstrated to overcome EGFR inhibition in TNBC cells in cell culture (PMID: 29344641). | ||||||||||
