| Gene Description | MIB1, MIB E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 1, is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that plays a key role in Notch pathway activation through ubiquitination of Notch ligands (PMID: 27285058), and is involved in Wnt (PMID: 21875946) and Nf-kappaB signaling (PMID: 22184009), and plays a role in cell migration (PMID: 29078376) and senescence (PMID: 32652764). Overexpression of MIB1 has been identified in lung cancer (PMID: 34670864) and pancreatic cancer (PMID: 33793053). | ||||||||||
