| Gene Description | RELCH, RAB11 binding and LisH domain, coiled-coil and HEAT repeat containing, encodes a RAB11 effector protein, which upon binding to Rab11 plays a role in the cellular transport of cholesterol from recycling endosomes to the trans-Golgi network (PMID: 29514919). A fusion with RELCH and RET has been identified in in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PMID: 30466862), non-small cell lung cancer (PMID: 32127187) and invasive mucinous adenocarcinoma of the lung (PMID: 24727320). | ||||||||||
