Gene Description PTPRB, protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type B, is primarily expressed in endothelial cells and plays a role in cell spreading and migration (PMID: 24451369). Mutations in PTPRB have been commonly observed in angiosarcoma (PMID: 24633157, PMID: 32123305) and have also been identified in advanced soft tissue sarcoma (PMID: 31089155).
