Gene Description RRAGD, Ras related GTP binding D, encodes a GTPase that forms a heterodimer with RRAGA or RRAGB (PMID: 18497260), which interacts with the Ragulator complex to regulate amino acid-dependent lysosomal targeting and activation of mTORC1 (PMID: 20381137, PMID: 18497260). Increased RRAGD expression has been observed in squamous cell lung carcinomas (PMID: 23226795).
