| Gene Description | BCL3, BCL3 transcription coactivator, is an atypical member of the IkappaB family regulating NF-kappaB signaling and is involved in various cellular functions including proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, inflammation, and immunity (PMID: 23494744, PMID: 31930327, PMID: 35355979). BCL3 rearrangements have been identified in mature B-cell lymphoproliferative disorders (PMID: 38817040) and Hodgkin’s and peripheral T-cell lymphomas (PMID: 16790585), and increased BCL3 expression has been identified in a variety of solid tumor types (PMID: 38195591). | ||||||||||
