| Gene Description | BCL7A, BAF chromatin remodeling complex subunit BCL7A, encodes a subunit of the SWI/SNF complex and is involved in B-cell activation (PMID: 32576963). Mutations in BCL7A have been identified in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (PMID: 32576963), hypermethylation leading to decreased Bcl7a expression has been identified in acute myeloid leukemia (PMID: 36941700), and decreased expression has been identified in glioma (PMID: 34362400) and ovarian cancer (PMID: 31077237). | ||||||||||
