| Gene Description | RINT1, RAD50 interactor 1, encodes a RAD50-binding protein that plays a role in regulating radiation-induced G2/M checkpoint (PMID: 11096100) and membrane trafficking between ER and Golgi (PMID: 16571679, PMID: 23885118, PMID: 17470549). RINT1 copy number gain has been identified in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PMID: 33531371) and glioblastoma (PMID: 23074196), RINT1 mutations have been identified in colorectal cancer (PMID: 28264000) and hereditary breast cancer (PMID: 39831988). | ||||||||||
