Fusion proteins of BCR-ABL1 result in constitutive kinase activity and have been reported in various cancers (PMID: 18851712) and BCR-ABL1 is also known as the Philadelphia chromosome and is prevalent in chronic myeloid leukemia (PMID: 18827185, PMID: 21435002). | ||||||||||
