Gene Description RPL10, ribosomal protein L10, is part of the 60S ribosomal subunit (PMID: 33227977) and plays a role in ribosomal assembly and rotation during the elongation phase of translation (PMID: 24214990, PMID: 30814529), and potentially, regulation of signal transduction pathways involved in various cellular processes (PMID: 12138090, PMID: 33227977). Mutations in RPL10 have been identified in multiple myeloma (PMID: 28428269) and pediatric T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (PMID: 23263491, PMID: 29930300).
