| Gene Description | RPS6KA3, ribosomal protein S6 kinase A3, is also referred to as RSK2 and is a serine/threonine kinase that acts downstream of the RAS/MAPK pathway and plays a role in regulation of cell cycle progression (PMID: 24086335, PMID: 27491410, PMID: 36566564), DNA repair and genomic stability (PMID: 24086335), and neuronal development and function (PMID: 16217014, PMID: 17663748, PMID: 19555761).
