| Gene Description | RRAS, RAS related, is a member of the small GTPase family that upon activation stimulates the PI3K pathway (PMID: 8999998) and plays a role in the regulation of apoptosis (PMID: 7744959, PMID: 14663478) and cell survival (PMID: 10454580), vascular homeostasis (PMID: 16286923, PMID: 22897853), and integrin activation and cell adhesion (PMID: 8620538, PMID: 28610953). RRAS mutations have been identified in non-syndromic juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (PMID: 24705357) and gemistocytic astrocytoma (PMID: 25192052). | ||||||||||
