| Gene Description | PRDM16, PR/SET domain 16, is a zinc finger transcription factor that plays a role in neuron maturation (PMID: 32015502) and may play a role in regulation of metabolism (PMID: 31564549). An ETV6-PRDM16 fusion has been identified in acute myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome (PMID: 22050763) and decreased expression of Prdm16 has been reported in kidney cancer (PMID: 32251515) and lung adenocarcinoma (PMID: 30683132). | ||||||||||||
