| Gene Description | RRAGC, Ras related GTP binding C, is a member of the Rag GTPase family that regulates mTORC1 activation in response to amino acid levels (PMID: 18497260, PMID: 18604198, PMID: 36929165), and is involved in lymphocyte differentiation (PMID: 27064374) and activation (PMID: 34260908), cardiomyocyte development (PMID: 34071043), and aging (PMID: 38849535). RRAGC activating mutations have been identified in follicular lymphoma (PMID: 26691987, PMID: 27267853). | ||||||||||
