CSMD1 mutations have been identified in colorectal cancer (PMID: 18614856, PMID: 23505554), and CSMD1 loss has been demonstrated in several tumor types, including head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, lung cancer, breast cancer, and cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (PMID: 19276661). | ||||||||||
