Gene Description CREB3L2, cAMP responsive element binding protein 3 like 2, is a member of the CREB3 family of transcription factors that mediates ER stress response (PMID: 17117415, PMID: 17178827) and plays a role in the regulation of the secretory pathway (PMID: 31334233). CREB3L2 fusions have been identified in thyroid carcinoma (PMID: 18757431), fibromyxoid sarcoma (PMID: 15139001, PMID: 30509048), and epithelioid fibrosarcoma of bone (PMID: 31675134).
