Increased SRF expression has been observed in metastatic gastric cancer (PMID: 25080937), hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 17982656), and metastatic colorectal carcinoma (PMID: 19082443), and SRF fusions have been identified in rhabdomyosarcoma (PMID: 23463663), myofibroma (PMID: 28248815), and myoepithelioma (PMID: 28947952). | ||||||||||
