| Gene Description | SS18, SS18 subunit of BAF chromatin remodeling complex, is a transcription activator that may be involved in regulating epithelial morphogenesis (PMID: 18835266). SS18 fusions with SSX genes are commonly identified in synovial sarcoma (PMID: 25438927, PMID: 32141887, PMID: 31595587, PMID: 30871572) and a fusion with MEF2C has been observed in microsecretory adenocarcinoma (PMID: 31094920). | ||||||||||||
